The size should first and foremost fit in your room! The larger the portrait size, the more detail I'm able to draw. For portraits that include several subjects, consider ordering one size larger (because each subject will be drawn smaller, thus less detailed).

Yes, I can draw a custom size smaller than 12"x16" for an additional $15, as small as 8"x10". I generally don't recommend anything smaller than 12"x16" because it doesn't allow me to draw the same level of detail as my standard sized portraits.
